Embroidery Specifications and Requirements:
Project Minimum Cost: There is a $25.00 project minimum for all jobs in our shop.
Garment Minimum: 12 pieces per design.
Turnaround Time: 10-15 Business Days – (10 Business Days from Garment Arrival)
Rush Service: Available 3-day Service, add 50%.
- Any custom lettering will incur a minimum one-time charge of $15
- Any custom logos will incur a one-time charge of $35.
Thread Color Matching: No colors shown on mock-ups, logos, artwork, or the like should be considered color matched to a Pantone (PMS) color. We will do our best to match the color from stock thread colors. See below for best represented color match cost. Visit Medeira Stock Colors for color options.
Embroidery Minimum: While there is no set minimum number of garments, we do require a minimum project cost of $25 for any embroidery project. This minimum is separate and apart of any digitizing or setup fees.
Embroidery Pricing Matrix
Our embroidery service pricing is based on four major criteria.
- Number of items – Effectively, this is the number of garments.
- Type of Garment – T-shirt, Hoodie, Jacket, Pant, etc
- Stitch count – Simply put, this is the total number of stitches required to create the design in thread.
- Specialty Services – Finishing and add-on services such as patch conversion and custom backings
- GARMENTS PRICING IS SEPARATE AND ADDITIONAL.

Specialty Pricing
Custom Patch Conversion: Patches come in all shapes and sizes. To determine the size of your custom embroidered patch, measure the length and width of your patch, add them together and divide that number by 2. This will give you the total size (Psize) of the patch. Pricing is based solely on the patch creation.
(Length+Width) /2 = Psize
(5in + 3in) /2 = Psize of 4
Psize * $1.00 = Patch Material Cost
4 x $1 = $4.00 Material Cost

- 16 mil Plastic: Included
- Hook and Loop: Half of Psize or $1.50 (whichever is more)
- Heat Seal\Adhesive: Half of Psize or $1.50 (whichever is more)
Additional Options:
PMS Color matched threads: $7 per color
Hard to Hoop: Add $1.00 per piece
Thread Color Change: $2.50 per color
