DTG – Direct to Garment Specifications and Requirements:
Minimum: 18
Turnaround Time: 8-10 Business Days.
Rush Service: Available 3-day Service, add 50%.
Fabric\Garment Requirements: 100% cotton ring-spun shirts recommended.
(Note: Blends and Tri-blends may yield less vibrant colors No printing on synthetic fabrics)
- ICS INKS PROVIDED GARMENTS: When ordering your garments from us, We insure the following
- The garments are designed for imprint, new and direct from the distributor.
- 1% damage or spoilage allowance applied so customer should provide for misprint replacements.
- Any misprints will be replaced at no additional charge, so your order will be delivered complete with correct sizes and colors.
- CUSTOMER PROVIDED GARMENTS: We will gladly print your customer provided garments provided the following:
- The garments are NEW and NEVER WORN.
- They are of print quality and free from excessive lint, pills, fuzz, pet hair, etc.
- All tags, bags, and stickers must be removed.
- A $1.00 per garment fee to be billed to cover handling.
- MISPRINTED GARMENTS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR DISCOUNTED.
Artwork Requirements: All artwork must be –
- Sized for print
- Vector or 300dpi raster with CMYK color
- Saved as a .png .ai, .eps, .pdf, or.cdr formats on a transparent background.
- Have converted fonts to outlines or curves.

How to Determine Pricing –
Step 1: Calculate Size Category using sizing key below. This category is based on the total number of Square inches (sq\in) the design covers. For example, if the design is 12″ wide and 5″ total, the total sq\in would be 60 (12 x 5 = 60). Therefore, using the chart, the size category would be 2 – Medium.

Step 2: Determine type of printing. This is type of printing based on the fabric and design color requirements. These fall into three different types.
- Color Only – No White Ink –These would include Light colored garments where white does not need printed.
- Color with White Ink –These would include Medium and Dark colored garments where white does need printed
